When Bob Masewicz co-founded the company in 1984, (then) TSE consisted of two guys dressing up as “The Blues Brothers” and performing at entertainment venues around the world. This is where we first got a taste of the power of mixing entertainment and A/V began building our network of thousands of industry leaders.

During our careers, each of Visua’s executive team members worked for at least one or more of the current industry competitors. Dissatisfied with the status quo of suppliers, uncomfortable with the misleading go-to market strategies, and disillusioned with sales directives that dictated “say and promise whatever it takes” to win a project, we were driven to step away from the industry’s business as usual mantra and build Visua. We, therefore, base our strengths on the following pillars as a commitment to our clients.

Chapter One
The Blues Brothers
When Bob Masewicz co-founded the company in 1984, (then) TSE consisted of two guys dressing up as “The Blues Brothers” and performing at entertainment venues around the world. This is where we first got a taste of the power of mixing entertainment and A/V began building our network of thousands of industry leaders.
Chapter Two
1984-2014
TSE oversaw the design, procurement and installation of the widest videoboard in Minor League Baseball at BB&T Ballpark, new home of the Charlotte Knights (Class AAA; International League), which sports a 30-by-82 foot Toshiba display with nearly three million LED lamps. ScriptPRO, TSE’s event management solution, saw the 50,000th live event built and produced in the system on June 11th, 2014 by the Portland Timbers of the MLS. The GameTime Cloud-Based Suite adds a new level of functionality to game ops. And TSE’s A/V division was busier than ever, having recently completed their 52nd install of the year.
Chapter Three
Total Sports Entertainment announced the awarding of US Patent No. 8,195,515 for developing TSE GameTime ScriptPRO, an internet-based event management solution that provides users with a simple and streamlined way for building, organizing, and executing event scripts in real time. TSE’s premiere solution was implemented by over 200 professional sports teams and universities of all levels around the world, which includes over 1500 users. SpriptPRO would go on to be sold and later become Shoflo, the industry's leader in scripting software.
Chapter Four
Visua AV
2014-Present
After the sell of ScriptPRO, TSE shifted focus away from providing entertainment services in order to build a solid foundation as a household name as a single-source solution for minor league sports teams and began working with industry-leading manufacturers to provide top of the line LED and A/V equipment within the boundaries of minor league budgets and facility abilities.
Visua's executive team has been involved in a variety of projects integrating audio and video systems in entertainment venues. Designing a workflow that is efficient and within budget is our specialty and is always a welcome challenge. Understanding Pixel Pitch
Pixel pitch measures the distance (in millimeters) between the centers of two adjacent pixels. A smaller pixel pitch (e.g., 4mm vs. 10mm) results in a sharper image and allows viewers to get closer without seeing pixelation.
Count Pixels by Dimension
Determine the number of pixels along the height (H) and width (W) of your screen. The resolution is then H x W.
Example: A 100 x 100 pixel display has a total of 10,000 pixels. A 1524 x 762 pixel display has 1,161,288 pixels.
High Definition Benchmark
High-definition (HD) resolution requires at least 1280 x 720 pixels, totaling 921,600 pixels. Meeting or exceeding this ensures crisp, detailed visuals that enhance the viewing experience.
